Take a little break in our lovingly furnished farm café. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cold drinks, homemade cake, ice cream, rice pudding ... there is something for everyone. If you are really hungry, you will surely find what you are looking for in our farm restaurant. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle of the farm.

In our farm restaurant you can enjoy it. A selection of delicious dishes awaits you. The meat dishes all with high-quality organic meat from our farm's own animals.
For example our 100% handmade burgers. Classic with meat from the farm's own grazing cattle, grilled and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, red wine onions and homemade burger dressing. The burger buns are freshly baked according to our own farm recipe by the Hansen Bakery of Föhr. Very tasty also as cheeseburger or vegetarian with feta cheese.
Organic meat
Hinrichsen's farm has been run ecologically for several years. Therefore, we only process meat from our farm's own pigs and cattle in our farm restaurant. You can also buy the meat in our farm store. Pork from the Husum Protest pigs (Husumer Protestschweinen), a very special breed of pigs and beef from the Shorthorns.
